Find the Right Party Bus Rental in Arcadia for Your Group
Partybuspasedena.com is a bus quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, not a transportation operator of any kind. It's just a fast, easy way to see different vehicles and pricing from a large network of independently owned bus and transportation companies serving Arcadia, Pasadena, and the entire San Gabriel Valley, all in one place.
Here's the deal: instead of spending an afternoon calling company after company, describing your trip every single time, and waiting on callbacks with quotes that never quite match up — you fill out one quick form or call 747-737-2460 and instantly see vehicle options and rates from multiple providers competing for your business. You compare the buses, the amenities, and the pricing side by side and find what fits. No account required.
Free quote. Takes about a minute. Whatever your group needs — a 25-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night in Old Town Pasadena or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate event at the Pasadena Convention Center — Partybuspasedena.com makes finding it incredibly simple.

Choose the Arcadia Bus Amenities You Need
Not every group trip calls for the same ride. A 15- to 20-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a premium Bluetooth sound system — the right call for a birthday night or bachelorette crawl through Pasadena's bar scene. A minibus is cleaner for corporate shuttles or wedding guest loops between a San Gabriel Valley hotel block and a venue in Arcadia, with reclining seats and powerful climate control built in.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — essential for long runs to LAX, Dodger Stadium, or multi-stop group itineraries. Because the site pulls from a large network, you can compare amenities side by side and pick the vehicle that actually fits what you're planning.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 747-737-2460 before booking.

Why Groups in Arcadia Compare Before They Book
Because you're not limited to one fleet. That's the whole advantage. A single bus company can only show you what it owns — if they're sold out on your date, or their vehicles don't match your group size, you're back to square one. Partybuspasedena.com pulls from a wide network of independently owned transportation companies serving Arcadia and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley, so you're comparing real options across multiple providers at once.
The process couldn't be simpler: enter your trip details once, see vehicle options and pricing instantly, and call 747-737-2460 any time — days, nights, weekends, holidays — if you want a real person to walk you through it. No account required. No obligation.
No wasted time on hold with companies that aren't even available on your date. Whether you need one minibus for a Santa Anita Park outing or a fleet of charter buses for a corporate event at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, Partybuspasedena.com gives you the selection to find the right fit at the right price — fast.
Arcadia Party Bus & Group Transportation Services
Arcadia groups use Partybuspasedena.com for everything from LAX airport transfers and wedding shuttles to race day runs to Santa Anita and Hollywood Bowl nights. Whatever's bringing your group together in the San Gabriel Valley, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 747-737-2460 to get your group moving!

Arcadia Airport Shuttles & Transportation
LAX sits roughly 30 miles southwest of Arcadia — which sounds manageable until your group of 20 is trying to coordinate three separate Lyfts on a Friday afternoon with the I-10 backed up past the 605 interchange. A group airport shuttle from Arcadia loads everyone at one address, skips the rideshare lottery, and heads straight to the terminal. At Los Angeles International Airport, commercial buses follow LAX Loop to the Upper/Departures level at each terminal for drop-off; pickup for arriving groups uses the designated LAX-it lot on 96th Street, where ground transportation picks up after passengers have collected luggage and assembled.
For groups flying into Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) — about 20 miles northwest of Arcadia via the 210 and 134 — a minibus is often the smarter call: the airport is compact, traffic is lighter than LAX, and a smaller vehicle navigates the pickup area cleanly. Either way, have your group fully assembled with luggage before calling for the bus — timing at any airport is everything. Call 747-737-2460 to price out your Arcadia airport transfer.

Arcadia Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Old Town Pasadena is less than five miles from Arcadia and it's the obvious anchor for any bachelorette night in the San Gabriel Valley — Colorado Boulevard alone runs from rooftop bars to live music venues to late-night restaurants, all within walking distance of each other once the bus drops your group. The issue is getting there and back. Parking in Old Town on a Saturday night means circling the structure on Marengo Avenue, paying $3–$5 per hour, and someone still has to stay sober.
A Pasadena bachelorette party bus loads in Arcadia, drops the group on Colorado Boulevard, and picks everyone up at whatever hour the night actually ends.
For groups wanting to push into Hollywood or WeHo, a 20- to 30-passenger party bus gives you the LED lighting, the bar setup, and the sound system so the evening starts on the 210 West — not when you finally find a table. Weekend hourly rates on a 20-passenger party bus run $275–$350. Call 747-737-2460 and get your quote in about a minute.

Arcadia Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
The San Gabriel Valley has one of the highest concentrations of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations in Southern California, and the arrival — pulling up in a party bus — is half the event. Arcadia birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are available through the network, and you can often request vehicle colors to match your theme when you call.
Popular venues for quinceañera receptions in the area include the Alhambra Civic Auditorium (150 S Chapel Ave, Alhambra, CA 91801), the Arcadia Community Center (365 Campus Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007), and banquet halls along Valley Boulevard in the San Gabriel corridor. A party bus that loops between family hotels in Arcadia and the reception hall keeps guests off the road and the celebration running on schedule without anyone scrambling for parking on a Saturday night. Weekend hourly rates on an 18-passenger party bus typically run $275–$400.
Call 747-737-2460 to lock in your date.

Arcadia Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Hollywood Bowl (2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068) is the most common concert destination for Arcadia groups — and it's also one of the most logistically painful. The Bowl sits in a canyon above Hollywood with a single main approach on Highland Avenue, which turns into a parking-lot crawl on any sold-out summer night. Preferred Lot parking sells out weeks in advance, and the post-show exit can take 45 minutes just to reach the freeway.
A charter bus or minibus from Arcadia drops your group at the Bowl's bus and shuttle loading zone, stages nearby while you're inside, and has everyone back in the San Gabriel Valley long before stragglers are still sitting in Lot C.
Closer to home, the Pasadena Civic Auditorium (300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101) and the Crypto.com Arena in downtown LA are both reachable without the Hollywood Bowl's canyon bottleneck — but downtown LA parking still runs $30–$50 on event nights. A Pasadena concert bus rental solves it. Call 747-737-2460 to check availability for your show date.

Arcadia Corporate Event Transportation
The San Gabriel Valley's corporate corridor runs through Monrovia, Arcadia, and straight up the 210 toward Pasadena's convention complex — and getting a team of 40 from an Arcadia office park to the Pasadena Convention Center (300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101) in time for an 8 AM general session is not a task you want to leave to individual cars and the 210's peak-hour merge at Rosemead Boulevard.
An Arcadia corporate charter bus loads at your office, arrives as a group, and keeps your team together through a multi-day conference without anyone worrying about parking validation or coordinating carpool pickups at 5:30 PM. For executive transfers — smaller groups needing a clean, quiet ride to a client meeting at the Langham in Pasadena or a lunch at Westfield Santa Anita — a Sprinter Van Rental with Driver is the right fit. Call 747-737-2460 to discuss recurring shuttle contracts and group conference rates.

Arcadia Private Event Transportation Services
The Rose Bowl Game on New Year's Day draws 90,000-plus fans to Pasadena — and the entire freeway system from the 210 to the 134 turns into gridlock before kickoff. The same goes for the Rose Parade on January 1st along Colorado Boulevard, where street closures begin the night before and parking near the parade route is essentially nonexistent by 6 AM. A private charter bus from Arcadia for either event means your group loads together, gets dropped at a designated group entry point, and avoids the post-event freeway backup that can hold traffic for two hours after the final float passes.
Beyond the New Year's corridor, private bus rentals from Arcadia make sense any time a group needs to move together: family reunions hitting multiple San Gabriel Valley restaurants in one day, church group outings, multi-generational birthday celebrations, or a private tour of Pasadena's Craftsman home neighborhoods. Call 747-737-2460 any time to put together a custom itinerary quote.

Arcadia Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Arcadia High School, Monrovia High, and Temple City High all hold proms between late April and late May — which means every party bus and minibus in the San Gabriel Valley gets spoken for within a compressed six-week window. Demand spikes fastest for Saturday nights in May. If prom is on your calendar: book by January.
Waiting until March means paying peak rates for whatever's left, and waiting until April means there may be nothing left at all.
Arcadia prom party bus rentals typically run for four to six hours and include pickup at a parent's home or a pre-prom gathering spot, drop-off at the venue, and a return pickup after the dance. Partybuspasedena.com makes it easy to confirm your group size, nail down your pickup window, and compare available vehicles before the good ones disappear. Call 747-737-2460 now — the earlier you move, the better the price.

Arcadia School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Schools across Arcadia Unified and neighboring Temple City and Monrovia districts run field trips throughout the academic year — and the logistics of coordinating parent carpools to venues like the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles (900 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007) or the Griffith Observatory (2800 E Observatory Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90027) are genuinely complicated. Griffith Observatory sits at the top of a narrow road where bus access is managed and large groups should confirm drop-off logistics with the observatory before the visit date.
A school event charter bus from Arcadia keeps students together from school pickup to venue drop-off and back — no split carpools, no staggered arrivals, no parent scrambling for parking at a venue that has almost none. Full-size charter buses include overhead storage for backpacks and gear, climate control, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles for longer runs. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote.
Call 747-737-2460 to get started.

Arcadia Sporting Event Transportation
Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) is practically in Arcadia's backyard — and on Breeders' Cup weekend in November, the track draws 70,000-plus fans to a venue whose parking infrastructure simply wasn't designed for that volume. General parking fills within an hour of gates opening, and Uber/Lyft surge pricing after the final race routinely hits 3–4x on Breeders' Cup Saturday. A race day charter bus from Arcadia to Santa Anita loads at one spot, drops at the main gate, and is staged for pickup when your group is ready to leave — no surge, no lot hunt, no designated driver debate.
For Dodger Stadium runs — about 20 miles west via the 10 — a charter bus bypasses the Stadium Way bottleneck and the $35 preferred parking scramble. And for Rose Bowl games in Pasadena, the official stadium approach on Arroyo Seco Parkway closes to general traffic; a group bus uses the designated commercial vehicle approach routes. Check the Rose Bowl's official parking page before your visit.
Call 747-737-2460 to price out your game-day run.

Arcadia Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Arcadia sits at the center of some of the San Gabriel Valley's most popular wedding venues — the Los Angeles County Arboretum (301 N Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA 91007) hosts weddings on its 127-acre grounds, and the nearby Westdrift Manhattan Beach and Langham Huntington Pasadena (1401 S Oak Knoll Ave, Pasadena, CA 91106) pull large guest lists that need multi-point shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the venue.
A wedding shuttle from Arcadia solves the coordination problem that kills reception timelines: guests at the Marriott Arcadia waiting for a shuttle that's still running a second loop from the Hilton in Monrovia. With clear pickup windows, staged departures, and the right vehicle matched to your guest count, the shuttle circuit runs on schedule instead of at whatever pace the slowest carpool manages. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works perfectly for the bridal party transfer on the wedding day itself.
Call 747-737-2460 to build out your wedding day transportation plan.

Arcadia Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula Wine Country is roughly 75 miles southeast of Arcadia via the 10 and 15 — a trip that's easy in a charter bus and genuinely unpleasant in a caravan of personal vehicles where someone always gets lost at the De Portola Road split. Temecula's main wine corridor along Rancho California Road runs more than a dozen tasting rooms within a few miles, including Leoness Cellars and South Coast Winery, and almost all of them have designated bus and large vehicle parking areas. A winery tour bus from Arcadia means your group travels together, everyone participates in every stop, and nobody is calculating how many glasses they've had before the drive home.
For a closer option, the breweries along Huntington Drive in Monrovia and the Pasadena taproom corridor — including Craftsman Brewing — are an easy 10- to 15-mile loop from Arcadia by minibus. Weekend hourly rates on a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375. Call 747-737-2460 to map out your tour route and get pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Arcadia Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybuspasedena.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybuspasedena.com?
Partybuspasedena.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation in the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley area. It lets you fill out one quick form — or call 747-737-2460 — to compare party buses, minibuses, charter buses, and Sprinter vans from a large network of independently owned transportation companies serving Arcadia and the surrounding region. Partybuspasedena.com does not own vehicles, does not operate transportation, and is not a motor carrier of any kind. It's just an easy way to find and compare options without calling a dozen companies one by one.
How does Partybuspasedena.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online quote form, and you'll see vehicle options and pricing from transportation companies serving your area. Compare vehicles, amenities, and rates in one place. No account needed.
You can also call 747-737-2460 any time to have a real person walk you through available options and build a custom quote for your specific trip.
How much does a party bus cost in Arcadia?
Party bus rental prices in Arcadia generally start around $200–$250 per hour for a smaller minibus on a weekday and can reach $325–$500 per hour for a 50-passenger party bus on a weekend night. Per-day rates typically run $1,100–$4,050 depending on the vehicle. Those are planning ranges — the exact total depends on your date, vehicle size, and how many hours you need.
Fill out the online form or call 747-737-2460 and you can have pricing for your specific trip in about a minute.
Where do buses park at Santa Anita Park during Breeders' Cup?
Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) has designated bus and oversized vehicle parking on site — but during Breeders' Cup weekend in November, those lots fill early and the surrounding street grid gets heavy enforcement. It's worth confirming commercial vehicle access with Santa Anita directly at (626) 574-7223 before race day. The track's main gate drop-off on Huntington Drive is where most bus groups unload, with the bus staging in the designated commercial area while your group is inside.
We strongly recommend checking Santa Anita's official site for current event-day parking and access rules before you go.
How does a charter bus get to the Rose Bowl?
The Rose Bowl Stadium (1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103) sits inside Brookside Park in the Arroyo Seco, and on major event days — the Rose Bowl Game, UCLA football, concerts — Arroyo Seco Parkway and the surrounding streets see significant traffic management and road closures. Commercial buses generally use the designated vehicle approach routes rather than standard guest parking lanes, and the Rose Bowl's parking staff direct oversized vehicles accordingly. Review the official Rose Bowl parking page for current event-specific access rules before your visit — the logistics change by event.
What's the best vehicle size for a group of 15–20 from Arcadia heading to a Dodger game?
A 20-passenger party bus or a minibus is the right call for that group size. A minibus runs $200–$275/hour on a weekday and $200–$275/hour on weekends — more economical if you just need comfortable seats and climate control. A party bus adds the LED lighting and sound system if the group wants to build energy on the 10 West before the first pitch.
Either vehicle drops your group directly at Dodger Stadium's commercial vehicle entry and stages for post-game pickup, which means you skip the $35 preferred parking and the 45-minute post-game traffic crawl on Stadium Way.
Can I get a bus for a one-way trip from Arcadia to LAX?
Yes — one-way transfers are available through the network. A one-way from Arcadia to LAX works well for departure-day airport runs when you want the whole group at the terminal at the same time without juggling multiple rideshares on I-10. For arriving groups, a round-trip or scheduled pickup at the LAX-it lot on 96th Street is typically cleaner than a one-way pickup in the terminal itself, since LAX's commercial vehicle rules require group assembly before the bus moves to the curb.
Call 747-737-2460 to walk through your specific airport logistics and get a quote for your route.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Arcadia events, booking three to four months out gives you the best vehicle selection and the most competitive pricing. For Rose Bowl Game weekend and the Rose Parade (both January 1st), book by October — demand for San Gabriel Valley buses during that holiday window is intense and the best vehicles disappear early. Prom season (late April through May) is the single busiest window for party buses in the area; booking in January for a May prom is not too early.
For Breeders' Cup at Santa Anita in November, book by August. The closer you get to any of those peak dates without a reservation, the fewer options and the higher the rates. Call 747-737-2460 now and lock in your date before it's gone.
Popular Arcadia Party Bus Destinations
From the backstretch at Santa Anita to the Hollywood Bowl's canyon stage, Arcadia groups have no shortage of places worth the ride. Here's a look at the most popular destinations — and the transportation details that actually matter when you're moving a group.

Santa Anita Park
Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) opened in 1934 and remains one of the most storied thoroughbred racing venues in the country. With the San Gabriel Mountains as a backdrop and a 400-acre property that includes both the main track and a turf course, it draws casual fans and serious handicappers alike — especially during the Santa Anita Derby (April) and Breeders' Cup (November), when on-site parking fills within the first hour of gates opening. The main gate drop-off on Huntington Drive is where buses unload, with commercial vehicle staging in the designated area.
General parking is $10–$12 on standard race days, but preferred lots run higher and sell out fast on stakes days. Confirm current commercial vehicle access at (626) 574-7223 or at santaanita.com before your visit.

Los Angeles County Arboretum
The Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden (301 N Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA 91007) covers 127 acres directly adjacent to the Santa Anita racetrack, with peacocks, historic structures, and themed gardens that make it a popular stop for school field trips, photography groups, and wedding events. The Arboretum's main parking lot on Baldwin Avenue handles standard passenger vehicles well, but bus and oversized vehicle access should be arranged in advance through the venue — the lot's approach narrows at the entrance gate. General admission is $15 for adults and $7 for children 5–12.
Hours run 9 AM to 4:30 PM daily. Call the Arboretum directly at (626) 821-3222 to confirm group drop-off logistics, especially for large bus groups, before your visit. Check arboretum.org for current event schedules.

Rose Bowl Stadium
The Rose Bowl Stadium (1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103) seats 92,542 and hosts the annual Rose Bowl Game on New Year's Day, UCLA Bruins football, and major concerts including the annual Rose Bowl flea market. For the Rose Bowl Game, parking demand across the entire Arroyo Seco basin is intense from 6 AM on January 1st — general parking lots fill well before kickoff and the street grid surrounding the stadium closes to non-permittee vehicles. Commercial buses follow the designated vehicle approach lanes as directed by event staff.
Post-game exit on Arroyo Seco Parkway and Seco Street can take 60–90 minutes for personal vehicles. Review the official parking page for current event-specific access rules and lot assignments before your visit. Our Rose Bowl bus rental guide covers the full logistics.

Pasadena Civic Auditorium
The Pasadena Civic Auditorium (300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101) sits in the heart of Civic Center — a block from City Hall and two blocks from the Convention Center — and hosts concerts, graduations, award shows (including the Daytime Emmy Awards), and major public events throughout the year. Its roughly 3,000-seat capacity means a sold-out show fills all of Old Town Pasadena's nearby parking structures simultaneously. The Green Street garage and the Euclid garage (both within two blocks) run $3–$5/hour on event nights, but they fill fast.
Bus drop-off happens at the curb on Green Street or Marengo Avenue, with commercial vehicles staging in the surrounding civic district streets. Confirm current bus staging with the venue at (626) 449-7360 or at pasadenacivic.com before your event date.

Hollywood Bowl
The Hollywood Bowl (2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068) is the summer anchor for most Arcadia concert groups — and the logistics are notoriously complicated for first-timers. Highland Avenue approaching the Bowl runs as a single-direction flow on concert nights, and preferred parking lots (PP1–PP9) require advance purchase and often sell out weeks before major shows. The post-show exit from the canyon typically takes 30–60 minutes just to reach the freeway for those driving themselves.
Buses and shuttles use the designated loading area on Odin Street and Highland Avenue, with staging in the approved commercial vehicle areas nearby. The Hollywood Bowl's official getting-there page covers current shuttle and commercial vehicle drop-off details. Arcadia to the Bowl is roughly 20 miles via the 210 West and 134 West.

Old Town Pasadena
Old Town Pasadena — anchored along Colorado Boulevard between Pasadena Avenue and Arroyo Parkway — is the San Gabriel Valley's most active dining, bar, and retail corridor and one of the most popular group night-out destinations for Arcadia residents. The stretch includes rooftop bars, live music venues, cocktail lounges, and late-night restaurants within easy walking distance of each other once your group arrives. Parking structures on Marengo Avenue, DeLacey Avenue, and Union Street run $3–$6/hour on weeknights and fill from 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
A group bus drops your group directly on Colorado Boulevard, eliminating the structure hunt and the end-of-night carpool logistics entirely. Old Town is approximately four miles from central Arcadia via Huntington Drive or Colorado Boulevard — a short, easy run that becomes a much bigger headache once 20 people are trying to coordinate pickups at midnight.
