I was nervous about coordinating everything but they made it so simple. The confirmations came when promised and the bus arrived early. It was spacious and comfortable and our group enjoyed every minute of the ride.

Arcadia sits at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains along the 210 Freeway corridor — close enough to downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, and the South Bay to make group transportation both necessary and often complicated. Traffic on the 210 and I-605 interchange can stack up for miles on any given Friday, and parking at Santa Anita Park, the LA County Arboretum, or the Westfield Santa Anita mall on a busy Saturday is its own ordeal. Party Bus Pasedena exists to take all of that off your plate.
Since 2011, we've coordinated thousands of group trips across the greater San Gabriel Valley — school field trips, bachelorette weekends, corporate shuttles between Arcadia and downtown LA, and horse racing day-trips to Santa Anita. We offer Sprinter limos, party buses from 15 to 50 passengers, minibuses, and full 56-passenger charter buses, with all-inclusive pricing available online in under 30 seconds. Our 24/7 reservation team is always one quick call away.
Whatever your group is planning in or around Arcadia, we have the right vehicle at the right price — and you'll know the exact number before you ever commit. Call 747-737-2460 any time.
We offer 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15–20 passenger party buses, 20–35 passenger party buses and minibuses, and 40–56 passenger charter buses. Whether your group is eight people heading to the races or sixty heading to a Rose Bowl concert, there's a vehicle in our fleet sized exactly to your headcount — so you never pay for empty seats.
Smaller party buses and Sprinter limos come equipped with color-changing LED cabin lighting, premium sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity, onboard bars, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — the right setup for a bachelorette night working its way from Arcadia to Old Town Pasadena and back. Minibuses offer climate control, plush reclining seats, and overhead storage, making them the practical pick for corporate shuttles or wedding guest loops between a Monrovia hotel and a ceremony venue in Sierra Madre. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and power outlets at every row — ideal for long hauls down the I-10 to the Convention Center or cross-county school field trips.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available on request; just let us know before your departure date.

Arcadia party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle size, your date, and how many hours the bus is with your group. Here's a general range: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Peak dates — Santa Anita's Big Cap weekend in January, Rose Parade season in late December and early January, and prom season from April through May — push prices toward the top of those ranges and reduce vehicle availability fast. Weekends consistently run 20–30% higher than weekday equivalents. The cleanest way to lock in the best number is to call early.

The San Gabriel Valley presents a specific set of group transportation challenges that generic booking platforms don't account for. The 210 westbound on a Friday afternoon is a crawl from Irwindale all the way past the 134 interchange. Parking at Santa Anita Park on a Stakes Day costs $12–$20 and fills before the first post time.
Getting a group of 25 from an Arcadia hotel to a Dodger Stadium game and back — including the post-game I-5 backup — requires real coordination, not just an app.
Party Bus Pasedena has been booking and coordinating those exact trips since 2011. We know where charter buses drop off at Santa Anita, which approach works for the Rose Bowl on game day, and how to sequence a multi-stop pub crawl through Monrovia and Pasadena without losing the group. You get all-inclusive pricing with no surprises, a 24/7 reservation team, and a vehicle matched to your actual headcount.
We also offer ADA-accessible options on request and can scale from one minibus to a full fleet for a convention or large corporate move. When you book with Party Bus Pasedena, the route is taken care of — you focus on the occasion. Call 747-737-2460 for a quote at no obligation.
Party Bus Pasedena covers every kind of group trip in Arcadia and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley — from LAX airport transfers and Santa Anita race day shuttles to prom nights, wedding weekends, and winery tours through the foothills. Call 747-737-2460 and tell us your occasion; we'll handle the rest.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) (1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045) sits roughly 33 miles southwest of Arcadia — a drive that clocks 35 minutes on a clear Tuesday morning and can stretch past an hour on a Friday afternoon along the I-10 West. Ontario International Airport (ONT) (2500 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761) is closer at about 25 miles east via the 210 and I-10, and it draws groups flying in for events at the Ontario Convention Center or Casino Morongo.
For large groups flying in together, the scramble of hailing enough rideshares at baggage claim — especially during LAX's notoriously congested Terminal loop — turns a simple arrival into a 45-minute ordeal. An Arcadia airport shuttle bus rental solves it: one vehicle, one pickup point, and undercarriage bays large enough for everyone's luggage. For LAX pickups, your group assembles at the LAX-it lot on Lot C and your bus meets them curbside — no circling the Central Terminal, no surge pricing.
Call 747-737-2460 to arrange your airport transfer.

Old Town Pasadena is twelve minutes from Arcadia and easily one of the San Gabriel Valley's best nights out — Colorado Boulevard from Raymond to Lake Avenue puts dozens of bars, rooftop terraces, and late-night spots within walking distance once the bus drops you off. Havana Nights, Lucky Baldwin's Pub, and The Ice House comedy club all sit within that stretch. For groups that want to extend into Los Feliz or Koreatown, the 210 West to the 134 puts you on Hillhurst Avenue in under 30 minutes.
No one in the bachelorette party should be drawing straws for who drives home from Pasadena at 1 a.m. A party bus rental in Arcadia with a built-in bar, LED lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system turns the ride itself into the first stop of the night. We'll build the custom route around your group's list of stops — just tell us the plan and we'll coordinate the rest.
Call 747-737-2460 to lock in your date.

Arcadia and the broader San Gabriel Valley have some of the most elegant quinceañera and Sweet 16 event halls in Los Angeles County — venues like The Regency in El Monte, the Pacific Palms Conference Resort in Industry Hills, and the Grand Ballroom in Rosemead draw hundreds of guests and produce celebrations that deserve an arrival to match. A party bus rental means the birthday guest of honor and her court roll up to the venue in style, not scattered across a parking lot from four different carpool cars.
Party buses from 15 to 50 passengers can be pre-loaded with a custom playlist, and we can coordinate vehicle color to match the event's theme. For adult milestone birthdays heading to a dinner in Arcadia or a night out in West Hollywood, the same logic applies — one bus keeps the group together, eliminates the designated-driver negotiation, and makes the evening about celebrating rather than logistics. Call 747-737-2460 to build your birthday itinerary.

Two of Southern California's biggest live music venues sit within 20 miles of Arcadia. The Rose Bowl (1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103) hosts stadium-level concerts where parking on Brookside Drive and Lot H fills an hour before gates open, and post-show pedestrian traffic makes the walk from Lot K feel twice as long after a three-hour set. The Kia Forum (3900 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90305) draws headline tours to the South Bay, a 40-mile run from Arcadia along the 605 South and the I-105 — one of the most reliably clogged freeway combinations in Los Angeles County.
A concert bus rental in Arcadia takes the group directly to the venue's bus drop zone and picks everyone up at a pre-set time after the encore. No parking pass lottery, no surge-priced Lyft at midnight, no losing half the group at the lot exit. Party buses with built-in sound and LED lighting keep the energy going on the ride there.
Call 747-737-2460 for a same-day or advance concert quote.

Arcadia's position along the 210 Freeway puts it squarely between the Pasadena corporate corridor and the eastern San Gabriel Valley industrial base. Shuttling employees between an Arcadia office park and a conference at the Pasadena Convention Center (300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101) on a weekday — even just eight miles — means 25 minutes on a good day and 55 minutes in late-afternoon traffic on Colorado Boulevard. A dedicated corporate shuttle removes the guesswork entirely.
For team-building events, client dinners, or employee appreciation outings at venues like the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena or the DoubleTree by Hilton in Monrovia, a minibus keeps colleagues together and cuts out the parking situation at any downtown Pasadena destination. WiFi and power outlets on charter buses mean the commute becomes prep time, not dead time. We also coordinate ongoing shuttle contracts for companies with recurring daily routes across the San Gabriel Valley.
Call 747-737-2460 to discuss your corporate transportation needs.

The Tournament of Roses Parade draws over 700,000 spectators to Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena on January 1st every year — and parking anywhere near the route is effectively gone by 5 a.m. Road closures block cross streets from Orange Grove to Sierra Madre Boulevard for hours before and after the parade. For Arcadia families and groups who want to watch from a reserved grandstand section along the route, a charter bus rental drops the group near the viewing area and picks everyone up after the floats clear without the chaos of locating scattered cars on blocked streets.
The same principle applies to the Arcadia Lunar New Year celebration, the Temple City Camellia Festival each February, and large private events at local venues like the Santa Anita Turf Club. For any group of 15 or more hitting the same destination on the same day, one bus at one flat rate beats five car payments and five parking passes every time. Call 747-737-2460 to plan your private event transportation.

Prom season in Arcadia runs from late April through May, and Arcadia High School is one of the largest campuses in the San Gabriel Valley — meaning local demand for party buses in that six-week window is real, and it compresses quickly. The difference between booking in January and booking two weeks before prom is meaningful: early bookings land premium vehicles at lower rates, while last-minute requests in April routinely hit the top end of pricing or find limited inventory.
For prom: book by January or expect tighter options and higher rates by spring. A typical six-hour prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop at the LA County Arboretum or Santa Anita Park's paddock area, venue drop-off, and a late-night return — costs considerably less when it's secured four to six months out. We coordinate with parent committees and student groups across the Arcadia Unified district to keep prom night safe, on schedule, and genuinely memorable.
Call 747-737-2460 today to secure your date.

Arcadia Unified School District runs field trips to destinations that stretch well beyond the immediate neighborhood — the California Science Center (700 Exposition Park Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90037), the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (900 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007), and the San Diego Zoo (2920 Zoo Dr, San Diego, CA 92101) all require a charter bus large enough to hold a full grade level and equipped to handle the drive comfortably.
Charter buses offer overhead compartments for backpacks and lunch bags, TV monitors for educational content or movies on longer rides, climate control for summer field days, and onboard restrooms that eliminate the mid-freeway stop at a gas station. ADA-accessible vehicles are available for classes with specific mobility needs — just let us know in advance. We coordinate directly with teachers and parent committee chairs to confirm pickup loops, arrival windows, and the drop-off procedures at venues like the California Science Center's Exposition Park bus zone on Figueroa Street.
Call 747-737-2460 to plan your Arcadia school field trip.

Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is 22 miles west of Arcadia via the 210 West to the 110 South — a route that backs up reliably by game time on Friday and Saturday nights, and post-game traffic on Stadium Way and the Golden State Freeway northbound can add 30–45 minutes to the return trip. The SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) for Rams and Chargers games sits 36 miles southwest, and the Kia Forum is right next door — making the 605 South and I-105 combination the critical chokepoint for any Arcadia group heading to Inglewood.
An Arcadia sporting event charter bus picks the group up from a single location, drops at the designated commercial vehicle zone near the stadium gates, and waits nearby for the return pickup after the final whistle. No one waits 25 minutes in a rideshare surge queue at midnight outside SoFi. Race fans heading to Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) — which is practically in your backyard — can book a minibus for a Stakes Day outing and skip the $20 parking altogether.
Call 747-737-2460 for game-day transportation quotes.

Wedding venues in and around Arcadia tend to cluster in two zones: the elegant hotel ballrooms along Huntington Drive in Arcadia and Monrovia, and the hillside estates and garden venues in Sierra Madre, Bradbury, and the Pasadena foothills. Guests flying in from out of town land at LAX or ONT, check into a hotel in Arcadia or Pasadena, and then need reliable transportation to a ceremony venue that may involve a winding two-lane road above the 210. Asking those guests to navigate that on their own — in formal wear, after cocktail hour — is an ask too far.
A wedding shuttle loop from the hotel to the ceremony and on to the reception keeps your timeline intact with timed departures and a single point of contact from first quote to final drop-off. A Sprinter limo handles bridal party transportation on the wedding morning itself — premium leather, USB charging, and privacy glass. Nobody navigates unfamiliar Arcadia side streets in dress shoes.
Call 747-737-2460 for a complimentary wedding transportation quote.

The San Gabriel Valley's craft brewery and winery scene has quietly grown into one of the best in the LA metro. Claremont (about 20 miles east via the 210) is home to The Claremont Craft Ales taproom at 1420 N Claremont Blvd — a solid anchor for an eastbound pub crawl. Back in the valley, San Gabriel Valley Brewery in El Monte and Congregation Ale House in Pasadena (220 S Raymond Ave, Pasadena, CA 91105) round out a tight three-stop loop that's entirely manageable in a minibus.
For groups that want more scenery with their tasting, Temecula's wine country sits about 85 miles south via the 57 and I-15 — a run that absolutely calls for a 40-passenger charter bus with reclining seats, climate control for the August heat, and an onboard restroom. No one assigns a designated driver, no one's paying surge prices at midnight in a parking lot off Rancho California Road. Everyone shares the same bus, the same flat rate, and the same ride home.
Call 747-737-2460 to map out your San Gabriel Valley pub crawl or Temecula wine tour.

I was nervous about coordinating everything but they made it so simple. The confirmations came when promised and the bus arrived early. It was spacious and comfortable and our group enjoyed every minute of the ride.

Quentin R.
Great value and an even better experience. The bus was immaculate, the sound was crisp, and the whole evening went off without a hitch. We never had to think about getting around, which let us actually enjoy ourselves.
Selena G.
Everyone in our group said it was the best part of the celebration. The space, the lights, the comfortable seats, it all came together perfectly. Booking around Arcadia was simple and the timing worked out exactly as planned.
Hugo D.
Reliable, clean, and fun. The bus arrived on schedule and the ride was smooth the whole way. Our group stayed together and had a blast, and I did not have to worry about a single logistical detail. Two thumbs up.
Arcadia party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and how many hours the bus is with your group. General ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size buses (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Peak dates around Santa Anita's major race weekends, Rose Parade season, and prom push rates higher.
The fastest way to get an exact number for your date is to call 747-737-2460 — all-inclusive pricing, no surprises.
Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) handles large vehicle drop-offs along Huntington Drive near the main gate entrance. On major race days — Big Cap weekend in late January, the Santa Anita Derby in April, and the Breeders' Cup when it returns — parking fills quickly and the Huntington Drive approach gets congested from Baldwin Avenue east. A charter bus drops your group at the gate rather than Lot 1 or the remote overflow areas, then waits nearby for post-race pickup.
We recommend reviewing the official Santa Anita Park directions page before your visit to confirm current parking and drop-off procedures for your specific event.
Los Angeles International Airport uses a consolidated rideshare and charter pickup area called LAX-it, located in Lot C off Sepulveda Boulevard. Commercial buses do not pick up from the terminal loop — your group must exit the terminal, take the free shuttle from any terminal's Level 1 curb to LAX-it, and assemble there before the bus enters. Once your full group is together with luggage, your group coordinator contacts us and the bus pulls in from the waiting area.
Do not request the pickup until everyone is physically at the LAX-it lot — the pickup window is limited. For current details, check the official LAX ground transportation page.
Yes. The Rose Bowl (1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103) has designated commercial vehicle and charter bus drop-off zones along Arroyo Boulevard and the Brookside Park approach. On event days — UCLA football, concerts, the Flea Market, and major tournaments — the preferred approach is via the 134 West to Arroyo Boulevard South, avoiding the Rosemont Avenue approach which backs up from gate traffic.
Post-event pickup coordinates by lot number; we confirm your group's meeting spot when you book. Parking passes for the adjacent lots must be purchased in advance through the Rose Bowl's official site — the bus parking area is separate from the general public lots.
For a full-day Temecula run from Arcadia — roughly 85 miles each way along the 57 South and I-15 South — the 40–56 passenger charter bus is the right pick if your group is 25 or larger. The undercarriage luggage bays handle wine purchases for the return trip, and the onboard restroom means the group doesn't need a pit stop between Arcadia and the valley. For groups of 10–20, a 20–30 passenger minibus with reclining seats and climate control handles the run comfortably and is easier to park at individual winery properties.
We match the vehicle to your headcount — you never pay for seats you don't need.
For most Arcadia events, two to four weeks of lead time secures good availability at standard rates. For high-demand windows, book earlier: prom season (April–May) should be locked in by January; Rose Parade and New Year's Eve trips should be secured by October; Santa Anita's Breeders' Cup and Big Cap weekends book out a month or more in advance. The earlier you call, the better your vehicle selection and the more stable the pricing.
Call 747-737-2460 as soon as your date is confirmed — it takes under 30 seconds to get an all-inclusive quote online, with no obligation.
Arcadia's location in the San Gabriel Valley puts your group within easy reach of world-class race tracks, botanical gardens, sports stadiums, and mountain-view parks. Here are six destinations your group will love arriving at together.

Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) is one of the most celebrated thoroughbred horse racing venues in the United States, operating since 1934 with the San Gabriel Mountains as a backdrop. The main season runs from late December through June, with major events including the Big Cap Handicap in late January, the Santa Anita Derby in April, and the occasional Breeders' Cup Championship weekend. General admission on weekdays is $6; premium infield and Turf Club access runs significantly higher on Stakes Days.
On-site parking in the general lots costs $12–$20 and fills well before the first post time on major race weekends. A charter bus from anywhere in Arcadia drops the group near the main Huntington Drive entrance and cuts out the parking scramble entirely. Check the official Santa Anita visitor page before your visit.

The LA County Arboretum (301 N Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA 91007) spreads across 127 acres directly adjacent to Santa Anita Park, featuring themed gardens from Australia, Africa, South America, and the Mediterranean alongside historic structures from Arcadia's Victorian era. The property's peacocks roaming the grounds freely have become the Arboretum's unofficial mascots and a genuine photo opportunity for school groups. The gardens are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with admission running $15 for adults.
Charter bus groups enter from the Baldwin Avenue main gate, with bus parking available on-site in the main lot. The Arboretum is a popular stop for school field trips, photography groups, and quinceañera photo sessions before evening receptions. Reach them at Los Angeles County Arboretum for group rates and event bookings.
Address: 301 N Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA 91007
Phone: (626) 821-3222

The Rose Bowl (1001 Rose Bowl Dr, Pasadena, CA 91103) is a National Historic Landmark and one of the most iconic venues in American sports — home to UCLA Bruins football, annual concerts, the Rose Bowl Game on January 1st, and the monthly Rose Bowl Flea Market (the largest in California, held the second Sunday of every month). Capacity exceeds 92,000 for football, and the venue also hosted 1994 FIFA World Cup matches and the 1999 Women's World Cup Final. Commercial vehicle and charter bus drop-off runs along Arroyo Boulevard with the preferred approach via the 134 West.
Parking in the adjacent Brookside lots requires advance purchase through the Rose Bowl's website, and lots fill fast on game days. The Rose Bowl Flea Market draws 2,500+ vendors and 20,000+ shoppers — a minibus rental for a shopping group is a smart call. Visit the official Rose Bowl directions page for current parking details.

Old Town Pasadena stretches along Colorado Boulevard from Pasadena Avenue to Lake Avenue — roughly twelve city blocks of restaurants, rooftop bars, live music venues, boutiques, and late-night spots that make it the undisputed nightlife hub of the San Gabriel Valley. Popular group stops include Lucky Baldwin's Belgian Pub (17 S Raymond Ave), The Ice House comedy club (24 N Mentor Ave), and the Del Mar bar and event space at 225 S Fair Oaks Ave. The area draws enormous crowds for New Year's Eve, the Rose Parade (the route runs directly through Old Town), and summer concert series. Street parking anywhere near Colorado Boulevard on a weekend night is routinely gone by 7 p.m.
A party bus drops your group on Colorado Boulevard and returns when the night wraps up — no parking lottery, no midnight surge pricing. Old Town Pasadena is just 12 minutes from most of Arcadia via the 210 West to Lake Avenue.
Address: Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101

Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) sits 22 miles west of Arcadia via the 210 West to the 110 South, one of the most reliable traffic corridors in Los Angeles County during game days. The stadium holds over 56,000 fans; on-site parking runs $35 for most games and is divided into color-coded lots (Red, Blue, Gold, and Preferred) that require passes purchased in advance through the Dodgers' website. The walk from the outer lots to the main gates takes 15–20 minutes.
Charter bus drop-off is on Vin Scully Avenue and Academy Road near the stadium's main entrance. Post-game traffic on the 110 and the Stadium Way exit can add 30–45 minutes to the return to Arcadia. A charter bus for a Dodger game means the group arrives together, the pregame energy builds on the way in, and nobody's stuck circling Lot 32 at midnight.
Visit the Dodgers transportation page for current drop-off and parking information.

The Huntington (1151 Oxford Rd, San Marino, CA 91108) is one of the great cultural institutions in Southern California — 207 acres of botanical gardens (including the famous Chinese Garden, the Desert Garden, and the Japanese Garden), alongside an art museum housing Gainsborough's "The Blue Boy" and a research library of rare manuscripts. Open Thursday through Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with admission running $29 for adults on weekdays and $33 on weekends (advance tickets strongly recommended, as the property regularly sells out on peak weekends). San Marino's residential streets surrounding the Huntington have extremely limited parking and strict enforcement — street parking on Euston Road and Oxford Road fills before the property opens on busy Saturdays.
Charter buses and minibuses use the designated bus entrance off Oxford Road and wait in the overflow lot. For group visits of 15 or more, the Huntington offers group rates and guided garden tours; contact their group sales office. Check the official Huntington visit page for current ticketing and bus parking protocols.
